When you have found the product offering that you wish to
purchase just click a button that looks like this

you click on the Buy Now Button you will be taken to your
Shopping Product Page. Here you will see our complete line
of OolongExpress Product choices for you to purchase.
Now
that you are on your Shopping Cart Product page, just choose
which product offerings you wish to purchase and click the Add
to Cart Button that looks like this:
Then you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page where you can
see the items you have now added to your Shopping Cart. A
Shopping Cart is a helpful shopping tool. The Shopping
Cart displays the items you've added to your cart. For
your convenience, you can access your shopping cart contents at
any time by clicking the shopping cart icon:
View
Cart. It can be found on the upper left hand corner of every
page on our site.
How can I buy multiple quantities of an
item?
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you
have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the
"Quantity" box. Then make sure that you click the "UPDATE
BUTTON" which will confirm your changes.
How do I remove items from the Shopping
Cart?
If you wish to remove an item you have placed in your
Shopping Cart, click the “REMOVE BUTTON” which will confirm your
changes.
Does the total displayed in the
Shopping Cart include shipping and taxes?
No, the total displayed in the Shopping Cart does not
include the cost of shipping and tax. Only products
shipped to a Nevada Address are charged a sales tax which is
7.75%. Shipping charges are always as follows:

After I've added one item to my
Shopping Cart, how do I add another item before I checkout?
You simply Click the ”Shop
for more items” icon and find the item you want on the Shopping
Cart Product Page. Then click the
”Add to Cart” button. You can add as many items as you want
before checkout.
After I've added items to the Shopping Cart, how do I check out?
Just Click the ”Proceed to Checkout” icon
it's the bottom button at the right. Remember you can
always go back to your Shopping Cart after you have clicked
Proceed to Checkout, should you wish to do so.
Simply click the
“View
Cart” icon on the Checkout Page and it will always redirect you
back to your Shopping Cart.

ORDERING
PRODUCTS BY MAIL OR FAX
I don’t want to place an order online. Can I just mail in
my order?
Yes
you can mail in your product order. To do so, just click
on the Link to Place A Mail Order Button on the Shopping Cart
Product Page. You then print out this form and use it to
place your order offline. Once you fill out the form, you
can either Mail it or Fax it to OolongExpress. To send by
mail, please mail your completed Mail In Order FormTo:

Partial Shipments:
We do not send out partial shipments. Your customer
satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore it is our
goal to promptly fill and ship out your product orders.
However, in the instance where a product may not be available
for any reason, you will immediately be contacted by phone or
email. You will then be informed of the anticipated
shipping date for the product. You will then have the
option to cancel your order should you decide to do so and
receive a prompt and full refund.

Discover Card, Checks and Money orders. Checks and Money Orders
must be in US denominations only.
Checks
and money orders are accepted via mail only. Checks and

POLICY ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Service, OolongExpress will gladly offer you a full product
replacement at no additional product cost for any product
received which was damaged during shipment. Although
OolongExpress will gladly pay for the shipping charges on your
replacement product, this does not include any expense incurred
by the customer to return damaged product to OolongExpress. In
order to receive your replacement, you must comply with the
following:

We must receive 100% of all products contained within the
damaged shipment.

You must include a written statement detailing the reason for
the return.
3.
You must include a copy of your order receipt.
4.
Please include your e-mail address and phone number so we may

Requests for free replacement for products damaged
during shipment must be received within 10 days of delivery.
